What happens if additional scope is required?
If expanded scope is identified, a discussion occurs before any additional work begins. Approved overages are billed at the current hourly rate.
What is the standard response window?
Support requests receive a response within two business days. Expedited response availability is reserved for higher-tier retained partnerships.
Is custom development included?
AdminForce focuses on Salesforce systems management, governance, and strategic optimization. Advanced Apex development and large-scale custom coding are outside the scope of engagement.
